Eden Park, like all of our projects, have covenants recorded that will govern the future of Eden Park. We have discovered that most clients that are investing this amount of money want to be assured that there are minimum standards that must be met to build in Eden Park and that their investment will be safe for many years.
One of the things we are most proud of in our previous projects is with our standards the projects are 25 years old look as new as the projects that are 5 and 10 years old. This has been accomplished by creating the framework to protect your investment for many years to come. We encourage you to please, please take the time to drive through some of our previous projects to make sure you feel comfortable. (Please see map below regarding our previous projects).

Barndominium Standards for Exterior

We are allowing Barndominiums for the first time with some standards. As a theme, we will be approving Barndominiums that look more like a home than a barn. This will require several upgrades from your standard barn. Please keep this in mind when planning and designing. Minimum 50% of the front exterior elevation must be covered in natural or approved man made products (stone, cedar, stucco, etc..)
There is no time requirement on when you must START construction after you purchase a Lot, but once the building permit has been issued you have a maximum of two years to complete your home construction and receive a final occupancy permit.
